Discover the power of rhythm with our beginner drum and percussion lessons at A Child’s Song! Our trained educators start with essential fundamentals—including timing, stick control, basic rudiments, and keeping a beat—before moving on to playing along with your favorite songs. Designed to develop your skills in fun, meaningful ways, our classes inspire creativity and build confidence. With weekly private lessons, students experience a true sense of pride as they hear their own progress quickly.
At A Child’s Song, our intermediate and advanced drum and percussion lessons are thoughtfully tailored to build upon the foundation students developed in their beginner classes. Our accomplished educators help drummers and percussionists hone their technique, refine their rhythm, and confidently step into cooperative play through ensembles and jam sessions with other instrumentalists. By tackling more complex grooves and selections from their favorite artists, students can truly recognize their progress and experience firsthand how music changes lives.
Our drum and percussion educators are accomplished musicians and talented educators experienced in working with students of all ages and abilities. Our private lessons are designed to create a supportive environment where students are comfortable and excited to develop lasting proficiency on the drums and percussion instruments.
